Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she quit her gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card within a year. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue her education. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her body each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
