Ann Curry

Ann Curry is an American photographer and journalist. She has been a reporter for more than 45 years, focusing on human suffering in areas of conflict and natural disasters. Curry has covered wars throughout the world, including in Kosovo Iraq Syria Lebanon Palestine Afghanistan Darfur Congo. When she moved to Los Angeles, she became an anchor and reporter for KCBS TV within four years of making the move to the city. During her six-year association with the station, she received two Emmy Awards.
